Tracking my Progress

I’ve been on a quest to lose 96 lbs since December of 2017. I’m down right about 50lbs right now, so more than halfway to my goal. The bad news is that I have not lost any weight in the last 6 months….maybe 5 lbs. But the good news is that I went down a few pant sizes which means I’m not losing weight because I’m building muscle, which is a great thing. I wouldn’t mind seeing the scale drop a bit though!
